Krakowska 280 bud. 200, 32-080 Zabierz\u00f3w;   <\/li>\n<li><strong>dropping a written report<\/strong> into a dedicated mailbox located at the entrance to the company&#8217;s registered office, marked as \u201eWEWN\u0118TRZNY KANA\u0141 DOKONYWANIA ZG\u0141OSZE\u0143 NARUSZENIA PRAWA\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A breach of law is an act or omission that is unlawful or intended to circumvent the law, concerning:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>corruption<\/li>\n<li>public procurement<\/li>\n<li>financial services, products, and markets<\/li>\n<li>prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing<\/li>\n<li>product safety and compliance<\/li>\n<li>transport safety<\/li>\n<li>environmental protection<\/li>\n<li>radiation protection and nuclear safety<\/li>\n<li>food and feed safety<\/li>\n<li>animal health and welfare<\/li>\n<li>public health<\/li>\n<li>consumer protection<\/li>\n<li>protection of privacy and personal data<\/li>\n<li>security of network and information systems<\/li>\n<li>financial interests of the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland, local government units, and the European Union<\/li>\n<li>the internal market of the European Union, including public competition and state aid rules, as well as corporate taxation\n<\/li>\n<li>constitutional freedoms and human and citizen rights \u2013 occurring in relations between an individual and public authority organs and not related to the fields specified in points 1\u201316<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Employees are obliged to immediately report any reasonable suspicion of corrupt activities or other misconduct.
