Job Description:

• Programming PLC controllers (Schneider, Siemens, etc.).

• Testing and commissioning automation systems at the end-customer’s site.

• Implementing and commissioning frequency converters (VFDs).

• Analyzing design documentation.

• Supporting the Design Department in creating technical documentation and the Sales Department in preparing cost calculations for commercial offers.

• Collaborating with the team and other company departments.

• Working with subcontractors and installation teams on ongoing projects.

• Post-commissioning supervision.

Requirements:

• Secondary or higher education (Electrical Engineering, Automation & Robotics, or related fields).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial processes.

• Ability to read electrical and technological diagrams, as well as technical documentation of equipment.

• Knowledge of I&C (Instrumentation and Control) devices.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• English proficiency at a level allowing for fluent communication.

• Availability and readiness for travel during commissioning phases.

• Verifying documentation and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of as-built documentation.

• Preparing bid, investor, and as-built cost estimates, calculations, and valuations; sourcing and negotiating offers from subcontractors and suppliers.

• Project cost optimization (monitoring and ensuring financial performance).

• Financial settlement and reporting of managed projects.

• Team management – supervising construction workers and subcontracting firms.

• Preparing budgets, sales plans, schedules, and construction settlements.

• Supervising the installation process of electrical systems.

• Supervising and coordinating tasks performed by subcontractors.

• Quality control and oversight of work execution.

Requirements:

• University degree in Electrical or Power Engineering.

• Practical knowledge of technical conditions for electrical and telecommunications works, as well as HVAC building systems.

• Strong skills in organizing and managing subcontractor workflows.

• In-depth knowledge of technological processes in electrical and telecommunications installations.

• Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems).

• High level of responsibility and self-discipline.
